So after a weekend of observing my boys at play I thought I should blog it. Andrew, 4yrs, and Cooper, 3yrs, couldn't be more opposite. James (my husband) and I took the boys to the water park this Sunday and I felt like I was watching a sociology experiment. Two boys, raised by the same parents, Andrew loved the slippery slides, the buckets that splashed cold water on your face and the surprising streams of water that shot up from everywhere. Cooper, on the other hand, enjoyed the one slide that didn't assault you with water from all angles and the still water that he could crawl around in like a little water guppy. Both boys had big smiles just below their sun kissed cheeks. I related much more with Cooper, I don't appreciate water spraying into my face, perhaps because I grew up with no shower, just a bath tub. James and Andrew bonded over their joint love for water in their face :)
Sociology experiment conclusion: The boys may have different personalities from each other, but apparently they can't escape taking after mom and dad!
